REFUND POLICY

Swole Dough operates under a No Returns / No Money-Back Guarantee policy. By placing an order or enrolling in a Cookie Club subscription, you acknowledge that you are choosing to purchase and try our products.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, a change of mind, personal taste preference, texture expectations, or subscription renewals that were not canceled before the next billing date. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

Cookie Club subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we’ll make it right. Our standard resolution is to replace the affected item(s) rather than issue a refund. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every customer is taken care of.

For assistance with a damaged, incorrect, or missing order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at swoledoughsnacks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

🚚 Shipping & Handling Policy

At Swole Dough, we work hard to get your cookie dough mixes to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Swole Dough is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us at swoledoughsnacks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not yet available.

  • Swole Dough may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products means you agree to the latest version.
